About Dawn Robertson, Principal And Founder

Prior to founding Strategic Change Resources in 1996, Ms. Robertson’s successful management background included operations management, training and education, and internal consulting in financial services, publishing, transportation and retail. Her experience covered many different functional areas, including operations, IT, customer service, research and development, sales, marketing, procurement, supply chain management and human resources.

Over the last 10 years, Ms. Robertson’s talent for helping organizations find new formulas for success has benefited clients in such diverse industries as manufacturing, financial services, publishing, retail, health care and pharmaceutical.

Recent projects include:

  • Coaching the chairmen and developing and delivering a merger integration intervention for two global corporations.
  • Working with an entrepreneurial firm to develop a strategy to become a billion-dollar company without losing the culture that has made them successful.
  • Developed a strategic succession planning process for a Fortune 100 company.
