What Our Approach Means To You
This is what we know
- If organizational transformation is the goal, the effort must be led from the top.
- The work of transforming organizations must be done by the leaders and people themselves. This requires assuming personal risk and responsibility. Consultants should not assume that responsibility because they are not accountable to customers and shareholders.
- Results and optimal performance are only possible when:
- People are clear on the organization's strategy;
- Employees understand their required contribution to that strategy;
- And their efforts and ideas are respected and rewarded.
- Both external and internal expertise are needed to make significant organizational
changes. External perspectives provide benchmarks and objectivity. Internal
intelligence and sensitivity are required to reduce resistance and assure
long-term fit.
- Organizational resources should only be deployed on activities and services
which support the short and long-term strategic direction and goals of
the business.
